Each star that shines above
Holds nothing but my love;
The sparkle always there
For you and I to share.

From you I did not depart
Just feel me within your heart,
Feel the embrace of my wings
And the comfort to you it brings.

Tears flow endlessly from your eyes,
Knowing each star you see in the sky
Has been created just for you,
To always and forever see you through.

Make a wish upon a star
I will know exactly where you are;
See the special glow now in your sight
I'm flying freely in the Heavens light.

Follow the brightest star and you will see
I made it safely home where angels now surround;
In the stars above is where I now can be found
Forever and always for you I will be around.

' Follow The Brightest Star' was written especially for
Barbara Jacobsen; a beautiful message from Nils
to his Mom to tell her he is safe and happy
in the heavenly realms above and to wish upon the
brightest star, to feel his angel wings
and love surround her.

One day we will all understand the reasons why life is
as it is, for now we need to keep our faith
and know all things are part
of God's greater plan.
