I can't imagine my life without you.
To you I want to forever be true.
You pick me up whenever I am down,
Lifting my spirit removing the frown.

You pull me away from my many chores,
Making sure my life is more than a bore...
Supporting me and encouraging, too,
Making tasks easy in all that I do.

I miss you greatly when you are away.
It's you by my side - a comforting stay.
I'm looking forward, as we grow old...
May we forever our hands still to hold.
